"In order to change, people need to become aware of their sensations and the way that their bodies interact with the world around them. Physical self-awareness is the first step in releasing the tyranny of the past."
"释放过去暴政的第一步"——这话写得像诗,但本质是个操作指南:先学会感知,才谈得上改变。很多人跳过这一步直接想"整合创伤",结果像是在没有地图的地方找路。

所以,今天能不能在某一刻,停下来问问自己:此刻,身体在哪里?有什么感受?不用分析,只是注意到。
