更难的是,冻结之后的"解冻"会很痛。被压制的能量重新涌出来,人会感到强烈的羞耻、混乱、甚至再次崩溃。Bessel van der Kolk 指出,动物从冻结状态恢复时会颤抖——这是神经系统在释放。人类因为"不该这样抖"的羞耻感,往往把这个出口堵死了。
