你只有这么窄的一条路

Van der Kolk 用一个词概括了几乎所有心理创伤的核心困境:Window of Tolerance——耐受之窗。

"Being traumatized means continuing to organize your life as if the trauma were still going on — unchanged and immutable — as every new encounter or event is contaminated by the past."

📌 注:创伤不是"回忆",它是一种持续的组织方式。你的神经系统还在按旧剧本运行,新的人和事不过是旧恐惧的新容器。

"In order to change, people need to become aware of their sensations and the way that their bodies interact with the world around them. Physical self-awareness is the first step in releasing the tyranny of the past."

📌 注:改变的入口不是"想通",而是"感知到"。你得先听到身体在说什么,才有机会松开它的控制。

所谓耐受之窗,是你既不崩溃也不麻木的那一小段状态。太窄,你就活在两个极端之间——要么被情绪淹没,要么完全关机。治愈的过程,本质上是把这扇窗慢慢撑宽。

这让我想到为什么运动有效:它不绕开身体,它直接跟身体说话。
